How to write the perfect offer letter

Don’t forget to include the perfect offer letter in your next deal!

This is one of those items that so few real estate agents do. I make sure that for every offer I submit, it includes the perfect offer letter. Even if you write a less than impressive offer letter, you are going to be better off than the 99% of agents who never bother to send one along with their offer. I do miss the days when we submitted our offers in person. It gave you a chance to make a deeper connection with the sellers. Today, everyone just wants that PDF or DocuSign document. All that is great, but homes are not bought and sold by numbers alone! You might be stunned to discover how frequently deals are accepted or rejected based entirely on emotion. No matter what your situation is, you should include a cover letter with EVERY offer you make – even you investors!

Today, we will review 3 offer letters that are considered pretty good. Well, that might be ok for all the typical folks out there – but not for The RebelBroker! We are going to cover all three and point out where they can be improved. When we are done, you will have a whole new set of skills you can let lose on your next offer!
